Monthly payments will be taken via secure direct debit.
Included shoot days are from Monday - Friday, weekends will incur a weekend fee of $150.
Reels will be up to 20 seconds depending on creative style.
Reels will be edited using trending audio.
Unused hours cannot be rolled over into future months.
Packages do not include events - please speak to us about our ad hoc event content packages.
Monthly hours must be used within the same content session.
The $50 accruable credit must be used within 12 months of issuance; if not used within that time, it will reset, starting a new 12-month period.
All raw content and reels will be uploaded to your client folder after each monthly delivery. No backups will be kept on our internal servers.
Upon delivery of the final edited files, all associated raw files will be permanently deleted from our systems, and LS Creative Co. will not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from their deletion.
